Sell together — team stores are here

One storefront, many educators, one weekly payout.

  • Sellers can now run a team store: invite teammates as editors or viewers and publish resources under one shared store name.
  • Listings stay owned by the store owner, teammates add and maintain them, and the weekly payout lands with the owner — one payout period for the whole team.
  • Store followers get an in-account notice or an email the moment a new listing is approved.
  • Sellers can rename their store anytime — a company name, a username, or their own name — and buyers see the change right away.

Smarter checkout, clearer earnings

Buying multiple resources got simpler, and sellers can see their money at a glance.

  • The cart lets buyers pay once across many sellers — the split is handled automatically behind the scenes.
  • A new earnings page shows each seller’s total, pending, and paid earnings, with a clear next step when payout setup is incomplete.
  • The payout calendar shows the next four Monday transfers and when the money should land in the bank.
  • Buyers get a personal dashboard for purchases, downloads, and spending, plus a referral link to invite friends.
  • Subject pages for math, science, and ELA were rebuilt around how buyers actually search on Google, and a Copyright & DMCA policy now covers takedowns.

Invite friends, chat before you buy

Referral rewards, pre-purchase chat, and a clearer fee.

  • Buyers get a personal invite link on their library — friends who sign up through it earn a commission on their sales.
  • Listing pages now have live chat, so buyers can ask sellers questions before buying.
  • The platform fee is now 15% of each paid sale; sellers keep 85%. The referral commission comes out of the platform's share — sellers always keep 85%.

Safer, clearer marketplace

Trust, support, and account tools received a major pass.

  • Buyer reviews are limited to verified purchases, with seller averages shown in the dashboard.
  • Seller profiles now include a photo, bio, store name, and store details.
  • Buyer accounts now include editable names and school details.
  • New About, FAQ, and Contact pages make policies and support easier to find.
  • Public data and file access rules were tightened without hiding the catalog.

Buyer library & seller payouts

The full path from checkout to download to seller earnings came together.

  • Purchased and claimed resources now appear in each teacher’s private library.
  • Secure downloads update the seller’s download count automatically.
  • Pending payouts show every queued sale, the waiting total, and the next transfer date.
  • Weekly Monday payout runs and payout history are now built into the seller dashboard.
  • Refunds and disputes revoke access and reverse unsettled earnings safely.

Search that thinks like a teacher

Classroom-specific discovery replaced one-size-fits-all search.

  • Search now covers titles, topics, skills, and seller names.
  • Filters include grade, subject, topic, resource type, season, holiday, file format, standards, rating, and price.
  • Filter choices live in the page link, so a useful search can be bookmarked or shared.
  • Find it for me suggests only real resources from the current catalog.
  • Wishlists can be shared as private, read-only snapshots without exposing account details.

ClassCrafted opens its doors

The marketplace foundation launched for teachers buying from teachers.

  • Educators can publish free or paid classroom resources with covers, previews, and teaching details.
  • Buyers can create accounts, browse listings, save favorites, and check out securely.
  • Sellers keep 85% of every paid sale; the platform keeps a transparent 15%.
  • Private resource files stay protected and are available only to their seller or an entitled buyer.

Roadmap

Near-term priorities, not promises carved in stone. We’ll update these as they ship.

Live seller payouts

The transfer system is ready. Each seller still needs to complete the secure identity and bank-details setup before paid listings can go live.
