Copyright & DMCA

ClassCrafted respects the rights of creators. Sellers may only upload content they own or have permission to use, and we act on valid takedown notices.

What sellers promise

Every seller confirms, before publishing, that they own the content in their listing or have been given permission to use it — including images, fonts, and clip art — and that uploading it does not infringe anyone else's copyright.

Uploading content you do not have rights to can lead to the listing being removed and your seller account being suspended or closed.

Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe a listing on ClassCrafted infringes your copyright, email the site administrator at classcrafted@pxdmail.net with the subject line “DMCA takedown notice”.

Please include: your name and contact details; a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed; a link to the listing on ClassCrafted; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

You can also reach us through the Contact page, but email is the fastest route for takedown requests.

What we do when we receive a notice

When we receive a valid takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the posting promptly and notify the seller.

If a seller believes their content was removed in error, they may reply with a counter-notice explaining why they have the rights to the content, and we will review it.

Sellers who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts closed.

Our right to review uploads

As stated in our terms, we reserve the right to use automated and human review to scan uploads for possible copyright concerns and to identify AI-generated content. We may ask for proof of rights or authorship, add appropriate disclosure, reject a listing, or remove content.
