Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

ClassCrafted accounts do not expire because of inactivity. You can return to your account and eligible library downloads without paying a renewal fee.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, sell content they don't own, or harm other users.

Buying

A purchase gives you a personal, single-classroom licence to use the resource. You may not resell, re-share, or post it publicly unless the seller says otherwise.

Paid resources are delivered instantly. If a file is broken or not as described, contact the seller first, then us.

The ClassCrafted pledge

Your account will not expire because you stop using it, and ClassCrafted will never charge a seller an upload or listing fee. Our platform share applies only when a paid resource sells.

Listing on ClassCrafted is non-exclusive. Sellers keep ownership of their content and are free to sell the same resources on any other marketplace, platform, or their own website. ClassCrafted will never restrict where sellers sell.

We reserve the right to use automated and human review to scan uploads for possible copyright or DMCA concerns and to identify AI-generated content. We may ask for proof of rights or authorship, add appropriate disclosure, reject a listing, or remove content that breaks these terms.

Selling

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give ClassCrafted permission to host, display previews of, review, scan, and deliver your resource to buyers.

You confirm you own or have rights to everything in your listing, including images, fonts, and clip art, and that it contains no student personal information.

ClassCrafted keeps 15% of each sale for hosting and costs; you receive 85%, paid out weekly once payout setup is complete. Payment provider fees may apply.

You may upload PDF, ZIP, Microsoft Office, and native Google Docs, Slides, or Sheets link files. You are responsible for making linked Google files accessible to buyers.

Listings are reviewed before going live and may be removed if they break these terms.

Refunds and disputes

If a sale is refunded or disputed, the seller's share for that sale is reversed before the next payout.

Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, misleading listings, or content that is unlawful or inappropriate for schools. Use Messages for honest, respectful feedback only.

Liability

ClassCrafted is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or resources.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, sellers will be asked to agree again before publishing.
